Norfolk Farm Road

This project involved the transformation of a detached bungalow located on Norfolk Farm Road, Woking. The property originally featured a dated roof form with limited loft height and small dormer windows, which restricted the usability and natural light within the upper level.

Our scope of work focused on redeveloping the existing loft space and redesigning the roof structure to create a significantly larger and more functional upper floor, accommodating additional bedrooms and improved internal circulation.

Through a carefully planned redesign, we also modernised the external appearance of the house, replacing the traditional tiled roof and dormers with a contemporary double-gable form and a clean brick façade. The new design provides a balanced, striking, and elegant frontage, transforming the property into a modern family home.
