This project involved a detached family dwelling located in a quiet residential area of Woking. The property features a generous plot with good potential for extension and improvement to suit modern living requirements.

Our scope of work included providing consultation and planning advice for a rear extension, a side extension, and a first-floor extension over the existing garage. The design aimed to enhance both the internal functionality and the external character of the home, ensuring a cohesive architectural appearance that complements the existing structure and the surrounding neighbourhood.

The final outcome delivered a comfortable, spacious, and well-balanced living environment, meeting the client’s aspirations for improved layout and aesthetics. The entrance area, in particular, underwent a remarkable transformation — now offering a more impressive and welcoming approach to the house. The client expressed high satisfaction with the result, especially with the enhanced sense of space and the refined overall appearance of their home.
