This project involved a detached family dwelling located in a quiet residential area of Woking. The property features a generous plot with good potential for extension and improvement to suit modern living requirements.
Our scope of work included providing consultation and planning advice for a rear extension, a side extension, and a first-floor extension over the existing garage. The design aimed to enhance both the internal functionality and the external character of the home, ensuring a cohesive architectural appearance that complements the existing structure and the surrounding neighbourhood.
The final outcome delivered a comfortable, spacious, and well-balanced living environment, meeting the client’s aspirations for improved layout and aesthetics. The entrance area, in particular, underwent a remarkable transformation — now offering a more impressive and welcoming approach to the house.
